Catching up on a few things. I did take my post-cleanse weight and measurements -- not as much movement there as I would have thought. Still, as of today I'm down 13 pounds, which is not bad for two weeks on the program. I have a long way to go, and I know at some point I won't be able to keep up this pace, but this is better than I've done on my own ever, so I'm certainly inclined to stick with it for a while.
I do feel that I'm hungrier between shakes/snacks now than I was before the 2-day cleanse. Of course I also haven't been drinking as much water, which makes a difference. (It's harder when I'm at home, for some reason.) My cravings haven't been too bad, although during the cleanse I did miss chewing! I can still have my normal dinners, for the most part, just sometimes a smaller portion (which is not really a problem, it keeps me from eating until I'm stuffed). I have tried a couple of new "clean eating" recipes that were pretty good, and will continue to look for new things to try.
I'm not supposed to weigh/measure again until November 1. I doubt I'll go that long between weigh-ins, but not measuring is not a problem. :)
